FAQ

Here you can find answers to frequently asked questions.

1) Overview & Value

A customizable template platform that converts scanned or photographed documents into structured data (Excel, Google Sheets, or API) based on your business rules.
Regular OCR just extracts all visible text. Digiscan turns scanned or photographed documents into clean, structured data. You define the FIELDS and RULES. Digiscan extracts exactly what you need and delivers it to Excel, Google Sheets, or your ERP via API. Teams can capture with smartphones from anywhere and the results appear instantly for review and export.
Digiscan replaces the old “collect and scan in the office” routine with instant digital capture. Field staff or drivers simply photograph documents on their phones, and the accountant sees them immediately in the shared workspace or table — no delivery, no waiting, no lost papers. It’s a connected, real-time document pipeline for your whole team.
Small and medium businesses in logistics, manufacturing, construction, accounting, finance, and healthcare — anyone who processes large numbers of documents.
It eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and speeds up accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.
Clients usually cut document handling time by over 80% and reduce costs dramatically compared to manual entry.
